This website, sunhivestudio.com, is operated by Apex Hive LLC ("we", "us"), trading as Sunhive Studio. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

1. This site does not sell anything

sunhivestudio.com is informational. It shows our work and points you to where you can buy it. There is no checkout here. Every purchase is made through our shop on Etsy, and that purchase is governed by Etsy's Terms of Use together with the policies published on our Etsy shop page — including sizing, shipping times, returns and cancellations. Where anything on this site conflicts with our Etsy listing or shop policies, the Etsy listing wins.

2. Products, prices and availability

Prices, product descriptions and availability shown here are drawn from our Etsy listings and may lag behind them. The price and details on the Etsy listing at the moment you order are the ones that apply.

Our garments are printed, cut and sewn to order. Because each piece is made individually, small variations in print placement, colour and fit are normal and are not defects. Colours on your screen will not match the finished fabric exactly.

3. Our imagery

We design our artwork and produce our model photography using AI tools, curated and refined by hand. We disclose this on our listings and we repeat it here. The photographs are illustrative of the print and the cut; they are not photographs of the individual garment you will receive, because that garment does not exist until you order it. The dresses themselves are real, physical, made-to-order clothing.

4. Intellectual property

The artwork, designs, photography, text, logos and the Sunhive Studio name on this site belong to Apex Hive LLC and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and share pages of this site, and you're welcome to pin our images to Pinterest or share them on social media with a link back to us.

You may not reproduce our artwork on merchandise, resell our designs, use them to train a machine learning model, or pass them off as your own. Commercial use of our designs requires our written permission.

5. Links to other sites

We link out to Etsy and to our social media profiles. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or their conduct.

6. The site is provided as-is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date at every moment. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer in relation to goods you actually buy from us — those rights are governed by Etsy's policies, our shop policies and the consumer law where you live, and they are not affected by this section.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
